30 Days Return/Refund Policy
Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 30 days of receipt.

Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
·Cancellation within 24 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
·Cancellation after 24 hours: 50% of the item fee charged. The remaining 50% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

For cancellation requests, please contact us via email rather than social private chat. Thank you for your understanding.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

It arrived wrong item/color.
It arrived damaged or in defective quality.
If we make it in the wrong size.
It arrived with missing parts.
Packages were get lost in transit after being confirmed with the shipping company.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

Special sale items(lucky bag), Clearance items(Final Sale), and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
Outside of 30 days of receipt.
Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a return or exchange.

First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number.
The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


IMPORTANT:

Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)
